Being the largest park in South Korea, Everland receives almost 7 million visitors annually. What keeps people coming is the variety of themes available to choose from, as well as Everland's collection of rides, the zoo, and its very own water park.
The park is divided into five themed zones. Read on to learn more about each zone and the themes you can expect.
A zone you’ll have to pass while entering and exiting the park, the Global Fair has numerous options for photo ops, and culinary delights. You can also stop by a souvenir shop for some memorabilia.
Step into American history, where you’ll find everything from diners to American street signs. The zone is also known for its rides, especially the Double Rock Spin.
As the name suggests, head into a zone of magic and fairy tales. You’ll find that the roller coasters in this zone are also themed after fairy tales such as the Tortoise and the Hare.
Here, you’ll go right into European architecture, with fountains, royal flower gardens and French architecture. One of the main highlights of this zone is the Rotating House, where everything you know is upside down.
Head into the zoo encompassed within the theme park. Go on a safari ride, visit the petting zoo, take a pony ride or even watch animal shows. You can ride through the habitats in a confined vehicle and enjoy learning about over 201 species of animals.
The theme park gets more exciting every time you visit, as you always find something that you missed out the first time, and you keep coming back for more. Here’s a list of things to do at the park to cross off your bucket list.
